Glenn Turner smiles out from the dust jacket of his second book. The first was entitled My Way, thus enabling Turner to join the thousands who believe they have seen it through without exemption. But the achievement that prompted this second work meant that Turner joined an exclusive list, now numbering 25 players, who have scored a hundred first-class centuries. And unless the structure of cricket and its international calendar is radically changed, the list is closed.
