Lord's and Carrow Road...what a win double! says Ben Allison

I was very happy to be back on the field this week. I’ve still got another two or three weeks to go before full fitness after my stress reaction but I’m gradually building up overs and the intensity is almost there. I can do pretty much anything but actually play competitive cricket. Last week I bowled on three days and this week it will be three again before the last step will be bowling on back-to-back days. I am desperate to be back in the side, but it is vital that we don’t rush it. I fielded 80 overs for the 2nds at Moseley yesterday and my body was so unused to it, I felt like I’d had a big day in the dirt.
