We know we need to be more consistent - Adam Finch

We are dusting ourselves down after the defeat at Northampton where our performance in batting and bowling was too patchy. There were phases in both where we did well, but in neither skillset did we do it consistently enough.  

Then in the last innings, Northants seamer Ben Sanderson showed us how it should be done. He is an incredible bowler with an incredible record and got on a bit of a roll, relentless in his control, hitting the top of off-stump. He found movement and got the wickets he deserved.  It’s not the first spell he has bowled like that and sometimes you just have to say fair play and well done to an opponent.
